Who are we?

Yogan Engineering Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company”) provides quality assurance, consulting, planning coordination, management and supervision services for civil engineering projects in Israel and abroad.

Our range of services is detailed on the website (hereinafter: “the Site”), which the Company manages and maintains on an ongoing basis.

The purpose of the policy:

To explain the Company’s practices regarding the privacy of users of the Site, and how the Company uses information provided by users and/or collected by it when using the Site.

The provisions of the regulations apply equally to both genders, and the use of masculine and/or feminine language is for convenience only.

What information is collected about you?

When using the Site’s services, information is collected about you. Some of the information identifies you personally, this is the information that you knowingly provide, for example when you register on the Site and/or leave contact details. Some of the information does not identify you personally and is not stored together with your details. This is statistical and aggregated information. For example: advertisements you have read on the site, the pages you have viewed, the offers and services that interested you, the Internet address (IP) from which you have contacted us, and more.

Contact Forms

A contact form can be found on the site. When filling out the contact form, you undertake to fill in all the required details faithfully, and provided that you are over 18 years of age. The details collected in the form are intended solely so that one of the company’s representatives can get back to you, at your request. The company hereby undertakes to keep the details collected from the contact form confidential, and these will not be transferred to any third party, except in the following cases:

  • As required of us by law.
  • In the event of a legal dispute between you and the company that requires the disclosure of your details.
  • If you perform actions on the sites that are contrary to the law-
  • If a judicial order is received ordering the transfer of your details and/or information about you to a third party.

Permission for mailing, publications and advertising

  • A user who has left details on the site and is added to the site’s mailing list, authorizes the use of his details for the purpose of receiving marketing information, updates and advertisements that the site will carry out from time to time.

  • Approval of mailing (receiving marketing content) as stated, constitutes the person’s consent to the sending of advertising materials according to the Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting) (Amendment No. 40) 5768 – 2008 (the “Communications Law”).
  • It is clarified that the person leaving the details can remove himself from the mailing list at any time by clicking on “Remove from mailing list” and/or any similar text that appears at the bottom of each mailing sent and/or by contacting the site by email. As long as the registrant has not removed himself from the mailing list as stated, the site may, subject to the Communications Law, send the registrant direct mailing as stated.

The site will not be liable for any damage (direct or indirect), loss, distress and expenses incurred by the person leaving details and/or any third parties as a result of use of or reliance on any content, information, data, presentation, advertisement, product, service, etc. that appears in the mailing. Any such reliance is made at the sole discretion and responsibility of the person leaving details.

The mailing as a whole, including all information appearing therein, is offered as is, and will be as accurate and correct as possible, however, the information may be incomplete or alternatively, there may be technical or other errors in the information.

The company’s website uses “cookies” for security purposes and the ongoing and proper operation of the website, including to collect statistical data about the use of the website, to verify details, to adapt the website to your personal preferences and for information security purposes.

Enforcement and Sanctions

The Company is aware that violation of the Privacy Protection Law may result in administrative and criminal sanctions. The Company is committed to full compliance with the law to prevent such violations.

Law and Jurisdiction

In any case of dispute between you and the owners of the website and/or the Company, the legal jurisdiction will be in the competent court in Tel-Aviv only.

In any case in which the person sues the website, then even if the website has branches in other places in Israel, the person or customer agrees that the claim and/or hearing will be in Tel-Aviv only.
