Construction of an exit interchange connecting Highway No. 16 with the upgraded Highway No. 1 and the local road system, tunnels – Har Nof, 1.5 km long, from the Ravida section connecting Highway No. 16 to Givat Shaul, the Givat Shaul road, a pair of Yaffa Nof tunnels, approximately 1.5 km long, each with 3 lanes in each direction, from the Bayt section.
