The project involves the renewal and upgrading of water, sewage, and drainage infrastructure following the completion of the Red Line of the light rail in Tel Aviv, along major roads such as Menachem Begin, HaMasger, HaRakevet, and the adjacent streets near the Allenby Station area. The work also includes the installation of electrical and communication lines, lighting, traffic lights, and computing systems. Additionally, the project includes the construction of retaining walls, earthworks and paving, as well as landscaping and irrigation development.
