The project involved the construction of an 8-floor building, including all systems: electrical, communication, HVAC, fire detection and suppression, elevators, plumbing, and site development. Each typical floor spans approximately 3,200 square meters. The construction method was conventional, involving a raft foundation, cast-in-place concrete columns, beams, and ceilings, combined with precast slabs.
